No Returns
We do not accept returns once the order is delivered.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted only in case:
• The product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect
To request an exchange:
• The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact
• An unboxing video and product images are mandatory for verification
Once verified, we will provide:
• Exchange for the same product (subject to availability), or
• Store credit / replacement of similar value
Non-Eligible Cases
Exchange will not be accepted for:
• Change of mind
• Minor color variations due to screen/lighting
• Handmade weaving or embroidery irregularities
• Sale or discounted products
• Used, washed, or altered products
