At NIYARA, we strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition. As each saree is carefully curated, we only accept returns or exchanges under specific circumstances.
Return / Exchange Eligibility
Your order is eligible for a return or exchange only if:
1. Genuine Quality Issues
If you receive a saree with a genuine manufacturing or quality defect, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To process your request, we may ask you to share clear photographs or videos of the issue. Once the product is received and inspected by our team, we will initiate the exchange or provide store credit, as applicable.
2. Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Product
If you receive a damaged product, an incorrect item, or if any item is missing from your order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
After verification, we will offer one of the following:
- Exchange for the same product (subject to availability), or
- Replacement with a product of similar value, or
- Store credit
Orders Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
Return to Origin (RTO)
Customers are requested to provide a complete shipping address along with an active contact number while placing an order.
If the shipment is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, an incorrect address, or the customer being unavailable, any request for re-shipment will require payment of the actual shipping charges.
Color Variation
We make every effort to accurately represent the colors of our sarees through our product photography. However, slight color differences may occur due to variations in mobile, tablet, or computer screen settings.
Such minor color variations will not be considered a valid reason for return or exchange.
