Return & Exchange Policy

At NIYARA, every saree goes through a quality check before dispatch to ensure you receive the best experience. 

 

No Returns 

We do not accept returns once the order is delivered. 

 

Exchange Policy 

Exchanges are accepted only in case: 

The product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect 

 

To request an exchange: 

The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery 

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact 

An unboxing video and product images are mandatory for verification 

 

Once verified, we will provide: 

Exchange for the same product (subject to availability), or 

Store credit / replacement of similar value 

 

 

Non-Eligible Cases 

Exchange will not be accepted for: 

Change of mind 

Minor color variations due to screen/lighting 

Handmade weaving or embroidery irregularities 

Sale or discounted products 

Used, washed, or altered products
